Why semi-private

A coach's attention. A team's energy.

A commercial gym gives you equipment and leaves you alone. Private training is personal but expensive. Semi-private coaching gives you individualized programming inside a small group, so you get both.

  • Train with a coach. Build with a team.
  • Your program follows your goals, not the group's
  • Exercises modified for you, then progressed
  • Progress recorded, so you can see it

What happens

Your first steps.

  1. Consultation

A short call about your goals, your schedule and any history your coach should know.

  2. Orientation + assessment

Meet your coach and set your baseline. If it includes an InBody scan and measurements, arrive ten minutes early.

  3. Your recommendation

Your coach recommends the membership level that fits your goals and the times you can really train.

  4. Clock in

Train on your schedule. Your coach tracks progress and adjusts the plan as you get stronger.
