How coaching is adapted

Six athletes. One coach who sees every rep.

Sessions are capped at six athletes. Each athlete trains at their level, and coaches explain, demonstrate and correct every movement before adding challenge.

  • Training levels with clear modifications and progressions
  • Technique first, then load that grows as the athlete does
  • Purposeful effort with an appropriate challenge
  • Coach Creel assigns the right coach and level after the assessment

For parents

A safe, structured, professional plan for your athlete.

You make the investment. You deserve to see it working. The Clock In assessment shows you where your athlete is today, and testing every six weeks shows you what changed.

What we won't do: promise scholarships, roster spots or specific speed gains. What we will do: develop your athlete with honest coaching and measurable progress.
